👉From PLYOMETRIC POWER to COURT SPEED

Plyometric training develops the ability to produce maximum force in minimum time, improving reactive strength, Rate of Force Development [RFD] and efficient force transfer.

The result is shorter ground contact, a more explosive first step and faster directional changes on court.

Twice per week. Maximum intent. Quality over quantity.

Here‘s some more information👇

ROTATIONAL CONTROL & EXPLOSIVE POWER

DRILL 1 | CONTROL
Deep lunge position. Anti-rotation meets controlled trunk rotation against band resistance.

This develops core stability, rotational control and hip–trunk connection.

DRILL 2 | POWER
Explosive MedBall slams around the lead leg — immediate transition into a maximal rotational wall throw.

This develops force production, rotational power and force transfer.
